One more unit for the Polish forces: The Wz.34 Armored Car... The pack includes a regular unit, a SE one, and base icons with masks, with the options to paint the Polish checkerboard insignia (more like the vanilla icons), and another without insignia.
Cheers!

Back to the "Rifleman '39" project and related infantry units... This time, I upload the units to complete the German Gebirgsjäger Pack, the desert versions for the Gebirgsjager '39, '43 and '45... I hope you like them!
Next, the turn of the Jäger special infantry units... See next posting!

I use this unit icon for my Jäger units. To be honest i don't have any idea who was the original designer (thanks to her/him), but in principle they can be differentiated from both regulars and Geborgsjäger quite good.
And of course this post would be easier to understand if we all could see the unit - not only the link. But as i have no idea to change this (help will be welcome) I will describe what we would see if we could see. From left to right: standing soldier, using binoculars - kneeling soldier with 98k - kneeling soldier with mp.
Thanks Andor for your addition... This icon will be a good base for what is giong to be "my" standard icon for the Jäger Inf unit: (also from left to right) Standing soldier with binoculars, standing soldier with scoped rifle, and kneeling soldier with different weapons in each variant ('39 = Rifle, '42 = Sub-machine gun, and '45 StG 44). I think that the icon with two kneeling figures looks a little too "dispersed", but it is an excellent base for starting the work. There will be regular, desert, SE and SS versions of this unit.
Thanks!

Ok, here are the "definitive" (for now!) versions of the Panzer II Schwimmkorper icons. Included in the pack are the base icons with masks for the land version (without pontoons) and the amphibian version (with them). Besides some detail work, the main difference is that the pontoon versions were reduced to 85% size, to look a little less oversized when compared with other units icons. All in the customary lot of German camo schemes. Enjoy!

To complete the Pz II Schwimmkorper unit pack, here is an alternate icon in "waterline" style, where the water level and foam made by the vehicle propulsion system is visible... May be some of you will chose this version as the one to include...

T2, what's it with those icons you post - are they previews for actual PzC icons you're going to make?

I'm not T2, and don't know how to mind-read, but I think that those are being posted as requests.
Why the pictures then? To give 3d modellers something to work with.

Actually the pics he posts seem like ready to be scaled down and assembled into unit icons. They're even nicely cut out (transparent background). I could do them, unless someone already did

Ah, ok then. Making the final icons should only be busywork.
@guille: Have you retired from iconmaking or are you merely taking a summer-break? Hopefully the latter.
