Paul59's Extra Nations MP Skirmish module has a new version, v3, which can be downloaded in game.

This should hopefully correct the intermittent issue some players have been getting with CTDs with this mod.

This MP bug correction is the only change, so the SP version remains v2.

You should finish any existing (working) games using v2, but you can have both versions on your machine at the same time.

Please let us know if the new version does not correct the MP issue for future games.

we really appreciate all the hard work from you wonderful modders. I most appreciate the new scenarios from the post Pike and shot era and hope to see more. It seems a perfect system for converting SPI's Grenadier and Rifle and Sabre scenarios.

Cannons are not less effective at close range, but there are no rules for canister fire. These could of course be added as a mod.

Has anyone done any scenarios for the Silesian Wars?

Some material on Frederick the Great's campaigns would be quite interesting .....

The limitation of 64 units per side could cause problems. Regarding the size of several SYW battles a painful cutback of the OOBs would be unavoidable. Also unsure if the maximal map size of the game would be sufficient. And the lunatic pursuits had to be obliterated.
