One of the issues somewhere I thought was skirmishers at close range would now fire 4 dice. Not 3 as in the book.

They would now use the line "Infantry in Tactical".
Skirmishers will also be in either Tactical or Extended Line, and therefore use those lines for close range firing, but with a -POA.

And also worth noting on the new QRS that skirmishers, irregular cavalry and limbered artillery now add 2MU to their evade moves.
