Very good work ! Do you produce all the vehicles with that low poly models ? The vehicles looks very good - the Infantry good. Most importnat is - that vehicles and Infantry have the same scale - I will (or you) will set figures for every towed artillery and Antitank gun.
Look forward to tommorow to send me you stuff - I will test all with Massis new terrain on my northern plain map.
Do you like to play a first game on server than ??? Massi you also ???

Yes, all vehicles are low polygon models, with the exception of one or two...
it is ideal for this scale,
the difference is in the textures, very detailed, I'm pretty happy with the result.
I created a version of "props" for most vehicles in Poser, I'll send you all this in the coming days.

Looks good ! But I think some future problems !
1. The scale of some vehicles is not the same !
2. We need the Artillery with guns on 30-45° !
3. You have mirrored the units - we need 2 different views for left and right !

1. Unless I am mistaken, the vehicles are on scale, the one over other.
2. In terms of the angle of the guns, they are represented in travel order , I have unfortunately no time to change the model or to make some new.
3. There is no mirrored unit , is a different render for each left and right looking.
You are free to change what you do not agree .... I continue to make new units, too bad if it does not please to some.

Take a look at one of my units to see - what I mean - we need Gun Crews in exactly the same size like the Infantry - the most of your units are to small, but you do a very good work.
The only thing you must do, is to modified your Modern War Corps/Graphics/tileset to:
UnitWidth 296
UnitHeight 296
Than you have more space for bigger units (for the big tank guns and ATG switch weapons for the Artillery !) and can use a unit png Matrix with 592 x 592 ! Also we can use some bigger ships and the transport airplanes in correctly scaled size. BTW - I think the best way is to switch all the artillery and rocketlauncher between direct and indirect fire - this looks also better if we move the vehicles in normally drive position. Also nice is that the rocketlauncher can only move in drive position and can only fire in fire position. This switsch feature is also thinkable for all aircraft - only jets with landing gear position can move into the aidfield ro repair all other can fly around but not over the airfield.
Possible is also that we use two versions - one with your units and one with my units - I have done the most - also all for the Warzaw Pact - Now I have 230 ready to start. Its very easy yet to work with 3ds Max for me.
Examples Bundeswehr:
M109

(scale Comparison !)
Gepard
Leopard I
Marder
M113

thank you for all the informations, Hblack...
I can not understand how you make your units to center in the hexagon if they are 296/296 pixels ?
Looking at your work, all units you have already completed, I thought you did not really need me,
you work as well as me and much faster ....
If you prefer to make the units yourself, say to me ....
I do not have much time to devote to this project for now, and I only slow you down ....
If you prefer to work alone, I am of course available to help you by sending the 3d models of units that you miss ....
soon

You need a new Matrix - I send you over a fresh new unit on a new 592 png file. unitset -80/-80
EDIT: It does not run - the animations are also in 148x148 - I will set all units smaller in your size !!! and will produce the crews only for the unitcards.

You know its a hard work also for me - I needed 1-2 hours for every vehicle and its good to do some work together - you are better here - I am better there...
I need 20 - 30 outstanding models, but I can't work perfectly with your low poly figures. But you can send me over some of your higher level units for poser. I need the NVA towed Artillery - I can do all this new with 2ds MAX but it needs 1 hours more for every model.
Send me over your stuff and I will rework it with my textures and I can send you back some of my high poly vehicles.
we are three in our team not 2 !!!
Looking forward to your new stuff !

Looks good ! Some problems. The chassis of the PT-76 and the 2S1 122mm Gvosdika are the same - can you show that - your scale is to different.
Also I don't see the MT-LB transporter (Also with the PT-76 chassi !) for the T-12 ATG and the D30 122mm Howitzer.
SA-4 and SA-6 more different ! They have not the same chassi ! BTW I like you Shilka. all units have the same colour - very good !
Now we need only the artillery D20 152mm, D30 122mm, 2A65 152mm and Antitank gun T-12 - also the MRW (Mehrfachraketenwerfer) 122 Sdkfz Tatra-815.
Do you finished also some new Bundeswehr units in the new scale , angle etc. ?

In some cases, the BMP-1 in particular, the human models are huge compared to the vehicle. Even the BTR-70, but not quite as much.

I agree with Xitax, most of the crews men of your units are too huge compared to the reality,Mike...

you're right, I did not notice that the PT-76 had the same hull as the 2S1 122mm.
there was no SA-4 in my units, I forgot ....
For the transport mtlb, i forgot them, I'll take care.
In addition, I also forgot to put back the SA-8 ....
