Hi, I’m still testing the PAK mod and it’s awesome — the best World War II mod I’ve ever played. And starting Monday, I’m beginning work on the Asian map (300x300)

slowly but surely. I’ll add some photos.

Yes the mod pack is beautiful ! And it really lacks an Asian theatre of war for 99 moves !

Hi, we didn’t understand each other

I meant I’m going to make a map of Asia for the Modern Conflicts mod

I’ll make it 300x300, and from that I could also make a version adapted for World War II.

We'd like a small map of Vietnam for starters ) After all, on it it will be possible to reflect both the Indochina War of 1946-1954 and the War between North Vietnam and South Vietnam with the support of the USA, but also later modern conflicts )

ChatGPT povedal:
Hi, I’m slowly getting everything done that I can make. Question — is it really worth doing this if there’s going to be a new Modern Conflicts game? Because I’ll have to make the same things all over again. Just my opinion.

Indeed, you could totally save your efforts and focus only on the new game!
However, announced games dont't always finish their development. Stormbringer worked on Modern Conflicts (mod) for 9 years : we could say that he is reliable and is not kind of people to announce something that he will not do ; but we can also consider that after 9 years on a project, it is possible that he may finish to be tired and want to do something else, far from gaming or turn by turn strategy games. And his Soviet Storm mod is even older !
I'm not in his head and I don't know him personally, but I know that long term projects can sometimes "burn" people. He announced a game and I trust him about it, but I always expect sad events about everything
And we also don't know when the game could be released. It's a long term project and we had few ideas how advanced it is. Maybe the release could be 2 weeks like in 2 years (the former seems improbable

)
Better to have something to play in the meantime
I will continue to do things with the mod, but feel free to keep your energy for the game

Hi Imeror, I don’t mind doing it — you guys just decide what I should work on. Vietnam? All of Asia? Or Africa? It’s up to you

Accula said he would do it, he's responsible for his words, but we shouldn't expect a new game this year! In the meantime we are bored and left with a great legacy, and it's a sin to wait if some of us have awakened talents ))))) As we say, better a tit in your hand than a crane in the sky )))) or better your cock in your hand than a vagina over the horizon )))) We've been to Africa, so we're looking forward to Vietnam and Taiwan ))))

Russia has urgently delivered Pantsir-S1 and Buk-M2E air defence systems to Venezuela on Il-76 military transports that flew to Venezuela the other day, Alexei Zhuravlev, first deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma's defence committee, told Gazeta.ru. He added that Russia has the right to supply any weapon to its partner, up to Kalibr cruise missiles or Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missiles.

By the way, does anyone play my 300x300 expanded Europe map that I made?

Hi friends, I want to ask if there’s any way to rename a unit in the game somehow? I don’t want to do it through the editor, and I’m wondering if there is any mod for it. Thank you.

For English lovers, there is an updated Naming Convention upgrade that allows you to use more comfortable unit names.

Chinese armoured vehicles moving to the Taiwan Strait. The ‘Taiwan issue’ (China insists on the return of the island) and fears of possible Chinese intervention remain in the spotlight.
And we still don't have a decent map of Taiwan (((

Hello !
So, is your next map in the works?

If not, I would vote for Asia; especially as long as it extends from the Mallaca Strait (South) to the Sakhalin Island (North).
West and East limits are more blurred. I would go from India (but it would already be massive without and it could be considered neutral in most scenarios anyway) to not far east of Japan. If you want an XXL map, you could put India

India was a colony of England so its troops fought in all the wars of the 20th century ) ) After independence there were bloody battles with Pakistan because we all know how the Anglo-Saxons draw borders
