All-inclusive release, even if I think I will let "insignias" off. I fear it to be too chaotic, especially in Europe 2021 with the 30+ NATO and pals countries.

Single download sounds great as long as submods can be activated separately through GME - I agree insignias can be a bit too overwhelming at times =)

Don't tease us like that Akkula, that's not fair lol

I have a question for you guys, about the upcoming release. What do you prefer?
a) "All-Inclusive" release. Main Mod + all submods in a single big file (650mb aprox.)
b) Splitted release. Main Mod and submods distributed in separate files.

Best regards,
Akkula.
It's better all inclusive, as long as it doesn't give you a lot of work, of course

Clear! :)
Even easier for me to have everything in a single file.

I'm starting an AAR on the Europe 2021 scenario. It's been several weeks since I began this game, I'm only starting to post now. Even if the new version of the mod (whose release seems imminent) has certainly changed things, I think it can still help to see the global balance of the scenario.
According to what you sayed, this scenario was not the main focus of this update, so maybe it's still relevant ^^

Working on a new scenario for this excellent mod but i had to change the look of the Russian units a bit. I hope this is ok?

It is more or less forbidden in several German Länder but I don’t play this Mod (besides I never managed to make it work).
I will skip all of the scenario. Just wanted to make it realistic

Hi Imeror!
Yeah, damn, bad timing. If I knew you were about to start a AAR, I would have warned you
To your question, unfortunately no. The update + old save will result in a mess, gameplay wise and graphics wise. I would not recommend that :(

Best regards,
Akkula.

Ouch, I'm only turn 7 with my AAR, it will be difficult to not launch all my armies in a massive rush now :?

My AAR will not advance for several days, I will focus on advancing the scenario itself with pictures everywhere.

Phase 1 : finish the scenario ASAP
Phase 2 : Write the full AAR
Phase3 : NEW CAMO :D

Much appreciated to include Belgian units.

Something seems to be very wrong for me. I've unloaded all of the data, but very little works. I'm not seeing any of the scenario images (even though I know they are there, and can visually confirm them in the directory). Moreover, any time I start anything- campaign or scenario- it doesn't work, just throwing me into the Black Void.

While my install is somewhat unorthodox (mostly swapping to make the "Axis"/NATO Green on the Maps with Blue Airports, while the "Allies"/REDFOR Grey with Red ones), I don't think that can even come close to explain what's happening, since it worked perfectly back in 1.7.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is anyone else dealing with something like this? Or is it just me?

Hello Turtler,
Black screen is 99% related to the game version. Remember to use 1.32 (included in the mod distribution file).
AND I strongly recommend to use a clean game installation, some times leftovers from other mods can interfere with MdC.

@Akkula This is odd, since I had been using 1.32 for years by default, but a quick switch of one 1.32 to the other worked. I have no idea why.

That said, there are still some derpy things going on. The Title Cards for the scenarios are not showing, for instance.

But at least it will be functional now.

Lux infantry, Lux Hvy Infantry, Lux HMMWV, Lux Dingo 2

I forgot to request them when i asked for the Belgian units.
Then i have everything i need.
Thanks for your consideration.

Hello there !

2 requests :
- can someone post pictures of the new Slaviansk'14 scenario ? I am very curious to what it looks like but I had the brillant idea to start an AAR just before the release of MC 1.8 (and I'm too stuborn to stop it), so I can't download it now :'(
- more an idea than a request : Akkula, I realize that you have totally forgot one of the NATO member. Not a major one but still significant, overshadowed by its southern neighbor ... Canada ! Maybe few US units could be replaced by candians one in v1.9 ? Or added in the NATO campaign ?

Anyway, the work for v1.8 is over, time to rest now. I'll not launch a salvo of requests as you are certainly taking a break from MC.

Oh, just a last question : you work on this mod since what ? 2016 or 2017 ? Still not bored ? (Please : say no :D )
