I got this mod, for the biblical league. Already downloaded but i dont know what to do with it

where do i put it? wich fold or directory?

Once sections have become full I still like to recruit some reserves for each one because occasionally players do drop out at the beginning of the season, or they play so slowly that they have to be replaced at one of the two Time Control checks (after 3 weeks and then after 5 weeks). I have divided the vacancy slots according to the divisions so that reserves entering the tournament do so at the appropriate level . . .
