@Guille: As I don't want to ask for every little change on an unit icon, could You tell me what program You are using for graphics?! I would like to give it a try - perhaps I could also offer some slight graphic modifications to the community :)

SORRY...I should read more carefully...site 3 of this thread - paint.net

Yes, I mainly use Paint.Net, and sometimes when I need to make some "trick" that I cannot make with that program (Or I don't know how to) I use GImp, but it taxes my old little netbook a lot, and also I find it difficult to use...

Ok, now I introduce to you the reworked icon for the vehicle which was given the barely manageable official designation of "15 cm sIG 33 auf Fahrgestell Panzerkampfwagen II (Sf)", abreviated by me as 15cm sIG 33 auf PzII (Sf), or in short, Sturnpanzer II... This icon replaces the older one, which was in a different perspective. Thanks to Horst who pointed this detal, and also thanks to him for givin me the info about its correct size, saving me from having to make twice the work!

Thanks, pal!

I specially like how the tracks and wheels look, I think they are better than the stock game icon.

Note: re-uploaded the pack, corrected the track shadow error (i hope) and also corrected the externally mounted jerrycans that were mirrored in the previous release, now they look in their correct side on each icon.

I hope you like the icon and find good use for it!

Because the file is bigger than 256 kB, and it cannot be uploaded in this forum, here is the link to download it: http://www.sendspace.com/file/nznja2

Very nice, thanks!
It's much more detailed compared to the old one.

PS: Now I know what was wrong with the tracks and still is: the shadow line close to the tracks becomes visible. It's only visible as a light-grey line in the purchase screen and editor.

Ok, I just re-uploaded the whole pack... I think I nailed the shadow line error, also corrected the externally mounted jerry cans, which were "mirrored"...

Please, check it out!

Thanks to all for the patience! :-)

Hi people. I wonder if there“s some soviet ships icons already made, I think I saw one or two in some threads. Guille do you specialize in ground and air units only?, or your are able to build some ships too? :p

Akkula: Ships are not the field I feel more comfortable in, but I made some small combatatnts in the past, and the results were good... As always, it all depends on finding "the right" image to work with... I have some Soviet patrol, torpedo and riverine craft waiting their turn... :-)

And, speaking about "the perfect image" I found one that was screamig to be converted to an icon, one of the (in my opinion) most good looking aircraft of the late WW2 period... The Twin Mustang! It would have been a deadly very long range fighter... So I could not help making an icon out of it. Consider it a "bonus track" for this day... :-)

Hi Guille, Nice to hear that! :D (I hope you make the amazing armored river patrol craft)
But what about those small combatants you mentioned before?, they are available to see/use?

Akkula: They were all uploaded here, you will have to look in the different pages... Or, if you can wait some time, I can prepare an icon pack and upload it in sendspace for you to save the work of searching for them
...
Andor66: It's an amzing aircraft, isn't it? I am glad you liked that unit... :-) It is one of my favorites!

Thanks to all!

Your Sturmpanzer II improves upon the official icon. It's more detailed, more articulated. Well done!

For War of the World II, I need a couple of extra units (I found most of them already - these are the ones I don't have):

- Schwimmpanzer IID (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_ ... wimmpanzer)
- Atomic bomb Unit (The bomb w/ parachute, but no aircraft)

BNC: One inusual, and another very difficult request, but...

Here is a Fat Man bomb about to do his business... Better you have your own anti-bomb shelter ready! :-)

Work on the Schwimmpanzer II is more difficult as I cannot find any good images for it, but I think I have an idea that I would like to test. Stay tuned!

Akkula: Here is a small pack of the WWII naval units I made. There are not many units, but is what I have for now. I hope you find something you like in there. Cheers! 8)

After the release of the 10,5 cm leFH 18, here is the vehicle which was designed to tow that gun... The Sdkfz.6 five ton halftrack. This one is the basic Sdkfz.6/1 transport and towing version for the artillery troops, there is another version, the one for engineer troops already in the making...

 Guille, thats a real beauty! I think I'm in love ...
and best of all - also the halftrack as the gun can be used from the very first scenario. for sure those two will be my favorite unit
