Yes , i am pretty sure it does , you can raise a Storm of Arrows army free though .

Just throwing this out there:
What do people think of the idea that a player can use his Blood Allies army list in battles?

I'm happy with Gray's suggestion but it's the players vote that counts.
I believe all battles are now complete - please tell me if you are still in the middle of one.

Marriages and alliances should be discussed & agreed.
I'm almost upto date with the campaigns which are left in place over winter - just a couple to clarify.

When we start up in spring again, the invasions that have been carried over from last fall, do we start with reduced points or do we all start fresh at 500?
