Another close game and one where I probably got the edge on dice as Chris could have and probably should have swamped my right flank with cav and then move towards my other troops in centre. A number of my units hung on in there long enough. Although was fighting cavalry who were on steep hills and so very disordered and prob only using half the number of dice, prob the reason why it took a while.

Chris/batemotel won initiative. To be honest I can not see me winning any inititative with the Caped Crusaders LOL.

My Phoenician Africans in Italia defeated Ironclad's Greeks (I don't like defeating Greeks).

Score was: 20/46 vs. 55/54

It was closer than the score would indicate - shiny new breastplates and better BadGoing troops told.

Hmm... I think I chose the map but I'm not 100% - Ironclad?
