My last two games for joncorcuera are up, pass: orto.

Gentlemen I have issued two challenges in v1.22 with the password "orto" for anyone to pick up.

Monsoeren has beaten me handsomely and I am now ready for another challenge.

FYI some of you guys may have read chatter about 'improved engineers' for GJS'44, Ninjas and NAM/Guadalcanal... Just to assure those of you that don't like changes to plain vanilla BA, I'm not going to inflict these on you for Ortona... It's a mostly urban map, so the extra functions would have little to zero impact on your battles... Unless you find any huuuge errors, I won't do anything else to Ortona until you're done... I am currently on a business trip to Latvia and will be staying the weekend in Copenhagen so for those of you with whom I've got games in progress (Arctic, Gort and Reform) please spare with me. I'll resume on Sunday.

No worries - this will allow me to hang on for a day or two longer (tho the outcome is not in doubt...)

Sunday Updates: I've taken JC off the list not having heard from him. Otherwise the only games left to start are both of gws and Reform's games. kingt is in the lead at 6-2 but Monsoeren is acquitting himself nicely at 3-1, soon to beat me in our other game so soon to be 4-1.

I could kick myself. I overran all of his troops,..but he held back enough to annihilate my stupid advance.

I know what you mean on this one, I made exactly the same mistake with the Germans in one of my Ortona games in this tournament and the Allies won.

Since it's quiet in here and I don't have any battles to play anymore, I'll deviate a bit from the topic (sorry for that in advanced ), as I have just started to play Husky MP maps. The Ambush! has only one flag, and while I have no idea what it's like it could be a future tournament map. Think Ortona-ish with just one flag.
