Are you clicking in the beta Panzer Corps icon or the original Panzer Corps icon?

Maybe a silly question, but did you install both files? There is a big file with a beta version of the base game, and another one, the beta DLC (small, second file) needs to be installed as well. If you only installed the beta of the base game you would not be able to play anything. But you need it to access the Beta DLC campaign, because that can't be run as a stand-alone, it needs the base game (in this case that beta version of it) to run.

BTW, I saw a post by Kerensky yesterday, so you might save yourself some trouble:

It doesn't matter which one I click. The original one shows all the campaigns and the beta one does not. Either way, the beta never shows up.

The beta DLC 42/43 West campaign can only played with Panzer Corps beta.
