I will produce different Division Headquarters (Infantry with an General and two staff officers) with transport units. I hope later - this units can run with an new PC supply effect and reinforcment features.
Also I hope in improved versions we can animate all my and your units in 8 or 16 directions with death, move, attack, retreat, capitulate etc frames. I have a lot of motion capture BVH's on my poser library and its no problem for me to animate all units, most important the infantry, very fast. I spend mutch time for animations for my other games.

Most important is, that all vehicles of one nation have exactly the same texture (Camourflage).

Looks good ! Some problems:

1. To big - all units will have the same scale - looks bad with troops on towed artillery with a smaller size - take a look at my Africa Corps Italian Infantry and Artillery Crews - that's the right scale. Also it looks bad for me together with vehicles - vehicles and infantry will have the same relations together.
2. You need to put in the units in the same wise like the original, if not you can not run the fire animations correctly or you can produce all fire animations new - thats some work more for every unit.
3. The shadows are not the same like the original !!!

1. new unit test, at a scale of 80%, I strongly approximates the original size ... :)

2. Still being tested, I have a problem with the exact placement , fine tuning needed ...

3. For the shadows , it is those created by poser, but I still test the lights settings.

Take a look at the position with original or with my unit:
Image

Also its hard to render the full png in poser - I render only one figure and set all things together with GIMP and animation shop.

I can send you my poser PC light !

Also I think its to mutch work for you to rework all my modern Infantry units - I have 42 of them yet ! It's better you can help me with the vehicles.

While I'm not a big fan of the infantry units (I don't like some of the figures poses and their composition), the quality of the equipment and the city tiles is overwhelming. Overall, it's top quality work.
The three of you are doing a great job.
I would also to see a SP campaign. But I know that this will be MP only.
Anyway can't wait for the release day.

Can you give us some more introductions for some nice looking figures ? Do you don't like also my figure set (like the original) or NickGen new Composition - I dont know what exactly do you talk - please give us some more informations with your bad critics. Than we can learn from you and can produce a improved version.

Sure.
I find some of the figure poses not natural, which makes some of the composition odd, in my opinion.
The mirror of NickGen figures is not like the original. His left figures work better than the right ones.
These are only details, and I don't want to sound too neat picking. But because I found your other units so perfect, that these contrast a little.

Those old plastic toy soldiers from Airfix and Revell (scale HO/00) can give some ideas for action figures poses/postures:

In this site you can find a lot of them:

In the end it's just a personal opinion, and not so really important. Please, continue with all your outstanding work.
Panzer Corps community is lucky to have such talented modders.

I like the M110A2, but imo the 35mm autocannons on the FlakPz Gepard seem too thin.

Not sure how they will look ingame though.

yeah the cannons should be bigger and the top of the tank looks a little bit empty
