A small, nice one is this one: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html
Maybe a bit easier then GIMP. Personally I use both. I would give it a try and it's free to use like GIMP.

Small question, I just drop it in here... when I use the two-button mouse setting, how do I access the unit stats page that pops up when you right-click in one-button mouse setting?

Use Alt + Left click.

Hold alt and left click the unit.

Thanks! While I'm at it one small thing:

Can't you give the Panzer II a correct firing animation? It's the one tank that just doesn't seem to fit for me... giving it the animation of the patrol boats would be perfect

Sure, but you don't have to wait for an official patch for that.

Step 1:
To go the directory you installed the game:
C:\Games\Panzer Corps\Graphics

Step 2:
Make a back up copy of efx.pzdat

Step 3:
Open efx.pzdat with notepad.

Step 4:
Change this line:
Panzer_IIC.png (33,-17) (-33,-12) 0 0 ATlight1 ATlight2 ATlight3 tracked_medium1 tracked_medium2 tracked_medium3

Into this:
Panzer_IIC.png (5,-17) (-5,-12) 0 0 Schnellboot tracked_medium1 tracked_medium2 tracked_medium3

Step 5:
Enjoy.

Kerensky, I really like the flexibility of the game's design (and your post proves it again), well done!

KV2 gun just doesn't seem right, this looks more like KV220 or something...

May I ask what the current model is supposed to represent then? Another KV model?

There was a mix up of KV blueprints when building the KV 3D models, so we ended up with a fantasy hybrid, should be fixed with first patch.

It's a KV-5.

And the KV-5 is actually a unit in Panzer Corps, but it was somewhat unbalanced so it was flagged as 'no buy'. You can see the proper KV-5 in the editor.
Adding a KV-2 model, and rebalancing the KV-5, and eventually adding the KV-85... we should have a nice few additions to the Russian Tank family. :D

By making a bridge where all the other units can now cross the river.
In some maps it can make an whole difference.

After some initial problems getting the download link to work, I have barely put it down for a few days. Still on my first run through so learning how it all works and remembering things from the original PG.

I keep reloading the scenarios until i get the win without losing my favourite units and it was getting kind of tiring playing Sea Lion for the 30th time so i fired up multiplayer. WOW. I think this will be where most of the fun is.

Looking forward to finishing the campaign then giving it another run through without reloading. Going to be tough lol.

Oh and maybe even kicking a few butts in multiplayer :P

Seems like a great community so far without the elitism/ego's that haunt other forums. KUTGW

Try this for multi player.

Short and fun.

Hard for Allies but a good game to learn on.
