Ok thanks Chris, pantherboy / iversonjm and morbio can you let me know if you are happy to wait for the next patch?

In the interim is anyone interested in a RoR & IF tourney, maybe 600pts this time?

cheers
Matt

Of course :D
I'm all for big battles! Make it 700p if you want.

700 is actually better than 600 from my point of view since it uses the next size up for maps. At 600points the maps tend to be too cramped. (400-600 uses the 30x40 maps, I believe.)

You can count me in for 700pts. Ivers & I have started our ROR battle and just waiting for the next stage of SOA.

Cheers,

ROR Tourney - Semi finals

We may as well get these under way as it looks like pantherboy and iversonjm have started theirs already. Current deadline is 15/08. If anyone has the time / inclination seeing an AAR or a brief battle account for these games would be great.

1) iversonjm - Bosporan (Mid) vs pantherboy - Later Jewish (Hyrcanus II)

2) batesmotel - Bosporan (Mid) vs Morbio - Later Seleucid (post 166BC)

SOA Tourney

Any news on the davouthojo vs ianiow match, believe the deadline for the round is imminent, though an extension can be granted if needed?

cheers

I'm afraid the amount of blood and gore on the battlefield is making the fighting very heavy-going and slippery. We definately need an extension.

If there's space, I would like to join with a Late Republican Roman army

Thanks

Hi Ian, can you specify wether it's the Early Sarmatian or the Rhoxolani Sarmatian list you wish to use please?

Hi Cothyso, the tourney starts as soon as we have enough players, hopefully sixteen for a four round knockout event.

What a radical departure from your usual ;-). At least there don't appear to be any Skythians or Rhoxolani yet, only Sarmatians to stand in for Bosporans.
