I don't think it is possible to include Storm of Arrows as it is released on the 10th Feb, final entries are the 5th and we start on the 12th. That is my thoughts but we are 5. Also nobody would have the time to practice with any army unless they have been beta testing.

Any plans to create an independent ranking system so that the future seasons will not rely (entirely) upon FOG2DL rankings or Slitherine tournament rankings? If possible, my wish is that a ELO rating for all players taking into account of TDC and pantherboy's LEOG plus possible other "certified" games and tournaments.

Actually, each player can unilaterally require one reroll and mutually agree to a third. One player can not require three. This is the rule I implemented in my other tournaments and introduced to TDC.

ELO will be part of the ranking system for TDC. A universal ELO ranking system could probably be set up and maintained, but it would be a lot of work as it would have to be done manually. Slitherine has apparently dreams of such for their automated tourneys, as they have an ELO tab on the user profile, but thus far it has not been implemented.

Perhaps we could push back the medieval period sign ups to the 15th and start those on the 19th. That would give a few days to review the new dlc as well as use the latest patch.
