Hello guys,
I am a little away from modding and gaming. So I am not currently working on Modern Conflicts for the time being, hopefully in the months to come I could back to it.
doktorbole wrote: Tue Feb 01, 2022 4:49 pm It's a clean installation, no issues with other scenarios or campaigns (finished all of them). So I'm summoning Akkula
Hi Doktorbole,
Strange issue. During my tests I never had this issue, after securing the airbase I managed to get my infantry into the helis and then stormed Isla Gran Malvina.
I will try to run a quick test and check if there is some scripts "bug" if certain conditions are met. I will let you know.
It is worth to mention that South Atlantic is a scenario specifically designed for multiplayer games, it will not work for single player matchs.
PeteMitchell wrote: Sun Jan 09, 2022 10:36 pm What year is this based on?
Are you referring to the mod?. It covers a wide time span.
WW3 fictional campaigns: 2017-2019
Syrian Campaign: 2011-2017
Iraq scenarios: 1991 and 2003
South Atlantic: 1982
European scenario: nowadays.

Wow!. Thanks for your kind words and encouragement. I really appreciate it, and I am glad you are enjoying the mod. It was really a long journey since the last 5 years (or so) :P

Best regards,
Akkula.

Like he said this Mod is probably one of the best mods for PZC. Kind of wish this could be ported to PCZ 2 or have a modern PZC be made

Hi Akkula,
Unfortunately it didn't fix it, still having the same issue. Doesn't matter, this scenario was never meant for single play anyways and I had so much fun playing all the campaigns. Thank you for your time and trying to help me with this, keep up with your amazing work!

Silly question: did you try a new match?, or are you using a savegame?
You need to start a new game for the new equipment data to work.
Best retards,
Akkula.

Well it's not silly at all, I've used a saved game, that's why it didn't work, you are right. Thank you again!

:P Yeah, savegames and updates always generate confusion. Don't worry :D

Relax my friend. There is not going to be any "conventional" war in Europe, just more economical strikes between NATO and Russia.... and Germany paying the double for its energy needs.

Hello Аккула.
Are you still far from modding?
Or should we wait with hope for a continuation and an update?

Hi Ken,
As I stated before, I am living abroad for a time, therefore I will be not able to do any modding during the months to come.
But for sure I will work on new updates and stuff for MdC in the future, as soon as I can.

Best regards,
Akkula.

Ждем продолжения, тем более сегодня моя Россия начала освобождать Украину от нацисткого режима, и восстановления справедливой и мирной жизни для братского народа Украины. 8)

Akkula my friend.
Of course, it is not your fault that there is a war in Ukraine.
What was theory yesterday is now sad reality.

Нет, это не освобождение Украины от фашистской системы. Я всегда был другом Советского Союза и России. Я также понимаю озабоченность России по поводу продолжающегося расширения НАТО на восток. Но эта война не решит ни одной проблемы.

No, it is not the liberation of Ukraine from a fascist system. I have always been a friend of the Soviet Union and Russia. I also understand Russia's concerns about the continuing eastward expansion of NATO. But this war will not solve a single problem.

Comrades or Fellows (deepl-english)

We have "met" here to spoil and develop ONE GAME TOGETHER. We cannot block out real life. But we can keep our community alive.
So let's not block out reality but leave ideology and propaganda aside.

For me, yes.
For me, it means, among other things, that we can all have different opinions and say so, but that no one places their opinion above that of others or wants to impose their opinion on others as the only correct one.
You have one, I have one. What we (can) have in common here is the GAME PANZERCORPS. With all its mods etc..
Look. We "talk" about this topic. We are not of one opinion. BUT WE DO TALK / WRITE with each other. We respect us.

Unfortunately, this is no longer done on the "big stage". Instead, people threaten each other, sanction each other and, unfortunately, shoot each other. That is the real tragedy.

I will make it simple guys: NO POLITICAL OR WAR RELATED DISCUSSIONS IN MY THREAD.
Thanks.

Best regards,
Akkula.

PS: This also applies to the invasions USA and its allies did in Middle East for decades, literally same scenario and I hate hypocrisy among other things.
