At first THX for this great mod. I played 39-42 and it was fun. There are some minor errors that I encountered.

1. The Name of the two Azul Infantry Units (Blaue Division) is the same “263.Vierna”. That can be confusing.
2. 1942 Buzinovka Depot: When moving the 7th Airplane to the Airport (19,1), it will be sent back to the reserve via the “Move to Reserve” Hex field (21,1) automatically. Please move the "Move to Reserve" Hex
3. Please fix the ending conditions if possible, so that the scenario finishes with the last captured Hex field in the following scenarios (or change the victory conditions to “hold Hexes”):
1939: Oslo
1940: Sedan, Maubeuge, Arras, Calais, Dunkirk, Dijon
1941: Metaxas Line, Vyazma
1942: Sevastopol Assault, Voronezh, Ilovlya, Buzinovka Depot, Stalingrad Docks, Tatsinskaya

I have not tested the other scenarios yet. It would be nice to get the early victory bonus prestige.

It´s both battalions of the 263. regiment. If this confuses u just change the name.

I checked the map and what u say is not possible. The reserve hex is 1 hex away from the airport.

I know that we had that issue in old versions of the mod. Did u play an old version or do i miss something?

This is happening bit by bit. Plan is to have a way to end early on most if not all scenario, but this is work in progress.

The mod editor within the game says PC1 Grand Campaign 3.12.22
The main Game is Version 1.10.3
I have unsubscribed and subcribed the mod again but the Issue was still there.

Maybe I just don't know how to update the Mod. The steam Mod page says updated on 13.May

1. You can capture the allied tank targets. I attacked with my "grand-theft-tank" and ended up with hundreds of captured tanks and ~20.000 prestige for this (I even destroyed a few before... so there is more in this exploit).
In the 43NH Campaign at the scenario “Kummersdorf 43”, there are 6 Enemy Tanks (not Dummies). By attacking them with a Unit which has both an “Overwhelming Attack” and “Envelopment” Hero, the Tanks can be captured and used as captured Equipment.
Be aware, the Enemy Tanks and Planes (not dummies) can shoot back.

In the 43 NH Campaign at the “El Alamein” scenario, attacking Enemies will decrease your EXP to a limit cap of 4500.
"CA 25 North Hampton" has an AA Class, instead of CA. It behaves like a specialized AA Destroyer

In the scenario "Aegypt", the Airplanes count towards the El Alamein flanking route counter, even if it says “core ground units”. This is good, because it is easier to move planes in the desert than ground units. At the “Advance to Tobruk” the description says count “ground” forces. Please remove the word “ground” at the scenario Aegypt for the flanking route in a future update. Also add “ground” in the El Alamein scenario victory conditions.

Ok; finished the Prelude to this, excellent, campaign but was not given the option to carry my Core army over to the beginning of the 1939 campaign.
A friend of mine asked if I had, initially, checked Custom Army in the Advanced Options...I had not.
Is that the reason I lost all my Core/progress? Tried editing the Script file in the save folder...with no success.
Thanks for any responses.

At the 1943 NH Campaign, scenario Morocco, the 4 Auxiliary planes 2x Fw190a1 and 2x Ju 188A are placed just so, that you can’t send them (the 2 SB) onto the “move to Reserve” Hex field. There is missing just 1 Hex field of Range to move the bombers to reserve.

The scenario “Rome Air Defense” was very tough. Maybe there should be allowed a 3rd Ground AA Unit to lower the difficulty, as the AA Units (88 Flak) have only 4 Rounds of Ammo. I had to restart the Scenario after a defeat on Turn 7 and assigned the two allowed AA Units the best Heroes I had (+3 Ammo, Range + 1, Deadly Attack).
Just now I have read that in this scenario, you should not try to shoot down the Enemy Bombers but just weaken them.

At both “Operation Hinterhalt” scenarios the standard Save Game name has two Lines. Windows 10 does not accept two-line file names. The game PC2 does not inform the player, that the creation of the save file has been denied by Windows. I was wondering where the save file was, as I couldn’t find it. Please change the Backspace to a normal space and make it a single line Save State file name.

At “Operation Hinterhalt Phase II” the CVs and BBs came into the range of my Strategic Bombers at about Turn 17/20. To reach the “Special” Scenario Target of sinking 12 CVs and BBs, you need a lot of Strategic Bombers to destroy the 45 Strength Points of the CVs or the Turn Limit comes too fast. Maybe there is a gimmick to send down the BBs and CVs faster, which I haven’t discovered in my first playthrough.

The 2 Panzergrenadier-Lehr-Regiment 901 and 902 and Pioniere Battalion 130 with the new Schützenpanzer Units, which you get in “Operation Hinterhalt Phase I”, can’t get Overstrength without losing the Schützenpanzer.
The same goes for the Grenadier Regiment 47 and 65 which you get in “advance on Tobruk” at the Africa Route. It would be nice to be able to give those special Units Overstrength without losing the special vehicle.

I liked the changes of the Panzer Corps 1 Grand Campaign Mod. It was quite a lot of fun so far. The moment I laugh most was when I got the Hero Feldwebel Schulz :-)
You have done a good job on this mod

Thats an issue of pc2 and windows, not mine. just hit backspace at the apropriate space or rename the save completely.
Autosaves are not affected.

They come at strength 17 which is max. for heavy infantrie. changing the units strength has to wait until the new transport tank becomes readily available at a later time or we get the acces to the game needed to correct all the poor programming that happened.

Thx for ur detailed feedback. stuff like that is very helpfull since the mod got way to big by now to test evrything myself.
Especially weird trait combination can lead to surprising results.

I noticed a bug in the 1940 Campaign, in the Albert Canal scenario. One of the objectives is to raid Brussels, but Brussels isn't labeled on the map.

This is in Narvik (1939). The range of that battleship is supposed to be 10?!?! While the Scbarnhorsts are only 4, and the Renown is only 3...

A lot of units in the mod have a switch. in ur case the BBs and cruisers can switch between flank and bombard mode.
I updated the steam version yesterday and added a tutorial that explains stuff like that, since people seem to not like reading written guides.

Didn't notice the switch.
However, in "Unit changes" you mentioned 1hex=4km, and HMS Warspite was about 24km (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Warsp ... ne%201940.), and now all bb could have fire range 10 and double attack, is it overpower?

1hex = 4km is about right for most artillerie. If we would stick to that litterally 17cm would fire 7-8 hexes, it´s only equal being the US 8inch M1. This would totaly ruin any game balance, which is why we decided to have artillerie capped at 5 hexes.
The same issue would arise for the ships, and since ships don´t show up that often we decided to have them all equal in ranges and abilities.

Thomas

will we have 44/45? yes.
When? i have no idea.

Currently 1940 is being redone to have maps with correct direction. I plan to dedicate most of October to it and have it done this year. After that 1941 needs a little attention, which will not take that long, as well as adding some new stuff to 42/43, especially the creation of the Limited versions of those years.

Some days ago i asked Rick to start cretaing the maps for 44/45 as close to the original PC1 maps, but making them bigger in size.

I hope the first 44/45 content will be released mid 2025 if nothing interferes with my planning.

Thomas

I am at GC43 NH: Operation Kehraus, the Special objective is to "Capture Bernard Montgomery by encircling British HQ". How should I complete this objective? I have six units encircled the HQ already, and when captured all the others the game ended, but no message regarding this special objective was shown.
