Doing a final sweep through Germany 1939-1940. I've got through most of it and only found a two bugs, more secondaries that don't trigger properly, but I still need to play Maubege and the missions between it and Dunkirk first. Should be able to give a full list of remaining bugs tomorrow.

I have found just 3 left.
Maubeuge and Calais have secondary objectives that don't show as completed to destroy all enemy armor and air units. Maginot has the same problem with the objective to destroy all fortifications. Otherwise all secondary objectives in Germany 1939-40 are functional, though I haven't looked at Danzig North or Wyszogrod due to the marginal victory requirement.
I also suggest making some changes to the Bergen scenario. Since Voss is much farther than the other main objectives, it'll typically be taken last. Since two secondary objectives are unlocked by taking it, they can't be achieved as the scenario is won the same turn they are unlocked. While one could go avoid taking a main objective until those are complete, I was thinking making the Oslo supply line a main objective and swapping the destruction of enemy ships or coastal guns to a secondary might work well. I leave that up to you, since it seems you made the Norway scenarios separate from Panzer Corps.

I got the same message in the Maginot scenario - but it did not have an impact on the game that I could see.
Maginot was the last scenario and the research point could not be applied because the campaign ended.
So I have an independent confirmation - but did not see how it impacted play.

No reason not to fix it, as I'm sure some might want the major victory or any other reason. I mean, what's the point in having them if not to complete them. Also, can one buy specializations at the end of the campaign? If so somebody could get something before exporting the core. Specialization points should probably be exported with cores too, never checked to see if they are but my bet is not.

I guess it's the "usual" issue, the sec. obj. being evaluated at
scen turn limit. If you would play the scen to the very last turn, those secondaries would trigger.
And yes, spec points should be carried over with the core export.
