Agustin: Thanks for your nice words. I am very glad that you liked that unit! I hope you find good uses for it!
As a bonus, here is a He-111H with a more "uniform" Slovak Air Force look (I was testing the new base icon and mask for that plane). There was an old icon of a He-111 in Slovak colors, but it had too many inscriptions for my liking. May be it is also useful to you...

Yes, the Slovak He-111 looks better without the "S 81" marking now. Thanks!

Yes, Horst, that was what I also thought... But this was not just erasing the "S-81" marking... It was a test for the new base icon /mask for the He-111 and the color skin I made for Slovak aircraft... So, I would be able to make some more aircraft for that nation, and make them look "uniform"
I attach them here for anyone to try...
Thanks for the nice words!

In the submarine aspect of things... Here is a pack to help expand the very nice U-Boat mod by IceFlame. The Type XXI pack. It includes four basic "switches" (there is no rear torpedo tubes here, as the Type XXI had all six tubes in the bow). Also, this submarine (the first that can be called this way, as earlier designs were only considered submersibles) had no deck mount large caliber cannon, only two twin turrets mounted on the sail.
For the surfaced and "deck awash" modes there are two options, one in grey color, and another in a more bluish tone, which I think, looks good. Enjoy!

Stan, Niki, Ice: Thanks again for your nice, encouragement words! As I always say, this is the "fuel" that keeps the things running in this thread!
Ice: I am very happy you liked the Type XXI icon!

It would be great to see it included in your mod (feel free to adapt the icon in the way you see fit).
Nikivdd: It is so good to see you around here! My best regards to you!

What is coming next: Ju-87R made compatible with the Elite Units Mod, Wehrmacht MG unit base icon, mask and complete pack, Submarine Pens (found the "perfect" images for those, I think)! (not necessarily in that order...

Hi Guille,
I need a big favor once more if you think that you have the time.
I plan to make a new more elaborated Slovak campaign on a company-platoon level size.
Then it means that I will need HMG units for Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and U.S.S.R.
The Vanilla German Grenadier icon can be used to make such icons.
Thanks !

That sounds like a very detailed campaign! (Imagine War of the world on that scale! - 20k * 8k map probably!)

There is already following icon in Guille's Units Pack included that you can use as Soviet HW infantry. I still wouldn't mind seeing a Maxim MG infantry too.

Guille, I have a favor of you to ask.
For a long time, I've been longing to have a late war APC for the Germans. Many years back, I requested this unit from bebro with a british scout car as an alternative (he kindly offered to make one unit) and he picked the scout car, and I've been waiting for a unit like that to arrive since then. But nobody makes it!
So, since you make so wonderful vanilla-styled icons, I'm gonna try to get it out of you: Please make a
Kätzchen APC. Please!
What do you want me to do, fall on my knees?
Since that's kinda hard over the internet, I'm going to do the next best thing and show you the embarassing results of my attempts at creating this unit.
See? You MUST save me. Pleeeease!
Seriously, would it be possible you'd consider making this unit at some point? That'd be great and very gentlemanlike of you.
Thank you so much in advance for your consideration.

Hi rezaf! Of course I will make the attempt to make it, is a very nice unit to have in-game! (no need to fall on your knees). By the way, your prototype is not bad at all, you give me a good headstart!
You will have news about this unit soon! Just stay tuned, and don't forget to come by often!

Thanks guille, that's great to hear.

Heh, that kinda reminds me of Kindergarten (even though that was a VERY long time ago) - "That cow is not bad at all." "Actually, it's supposed to be a helicopter." "Oh. Of course, how come I didn't recognize it right away."...
But if you're in the business of retouching mediocre icons, I have some more sitting around.
For example, here's my attempt at making a Kugelblitz.

You are being too harsh with the crticism to your work... The Kugelblitz has "the look" all right, at this moment I cannot figure how to make it look better... But I will try. Those two units fill some gaps in the very late war German unit roster!
Thanks for sharing, pal!
By the way, I think that in kindergarten I was not able to use a pencil at all...
