KiFi has withdrawn from the tournament. He had entered Classical Antiquity and Early Middle Ages. I will need to adjust the divisions for Classical Antiquity as a result of this development.

I have had to make some changes following the withdrawal of KiFi this morning. rbodleyscott has taken his place but will play in the A division. So desertedfox, Karvon and ggarynorman will all shift down one division to accommodate this change.

I have added the current FOG2DL rating and order in which players will be allocated their armies to the table. So the data for harveylh is shown as [7.06 (6)], which means his current rating is 7.06 and he will be number 6 in the order of army allocation.

Please pack me into this with reasonable amount of force application.
