Tim,
You may have a mistake as you show the top 4 in the medieval competition as: -
Position Player Score
1 David Fairhurst 59.29
2 Peter Butler 56.15
3 Phil Powell 59.17
4 Alan Cutner 54.17
But Phil Powell score is shown as higher than Peter Butler.
Bit of a turn around with Dave Fairhurst's position.

Even with Ruddock going in the 'easier' pool he still can't make the top 30 placings...

Great weekend chaps, obviously made even better by winning.
Totally unexpected victory by the Mayans in a knight rich tournament, the dice gods were with me at the crucial times ,apart from my game with Phil where he was outrageously lucky ,but that's another story
Great games ,thanks Paul, Eric, Gilles, Martin , Peter. oh and Phil.
Look forward to letting some of you have a shot at revenge this weekend in Koblenz.

Congratulations to David on a well deserved win and a big thank you to Tim & Kevin for another excellently organised Britcon weekend.
Despite my abject performance I still enjoyed 6 excellent games vs Brett, Paul J, Gordon, Paul C, Craig & Gilles.
I can't remember the last time I lost 4 games in a single weekend but hopefully I did so with good grace. The 100YW English were poorly designed and poorly led but they enjoyed being out on the table and they will be back again.
Hopefully I've picked a better list for Germany but only time will tell. Not sure if it will be good enough to beat those rampant Mayans though....

I had one bit of luck. Will he never shut up about it.
He was lucky the whole tournament from what I heard

I have always thought wargaming has one unfortunate element, luck. If you have it great, if not a lifetime of disappointment. Napoleon was right.

So are the results going on to player rankings anytime soon, or has Dave lodged a constitutional challenge?
