Stuff you may want to know before making that claim:

In Jutland, You have a 2:3 ratio of ships (Germany:UK)

In Brusilov Offensive, there are a lot of barbed wire units that help you defend your guts. Plus, that is a mostly retreat scenario

Cambrai tank hordes are beaten with artillery

UK18 is the last scenario, so it is meant to be very hard. Considering the limited Brit ground units, this is probably easier than Cambrai. All the more incentive to DV Paris 14.

Ludendorff was fairly sure that Germany had lost the war by winter 1917 - that's where the Michael Offensive (and Georgette, as well as following attacks) came from.
Also, I test all the scenarios and set the DV based on my bare result (exceptions are Verdun, Brusilov and Arras17 - these are meant to be more difficult).
Now all you have to do is change your post to "This is getting really fair!"

Knowing the AI, just before I capture my last objective, they counter attack..... In this Mod they might send an entire army at me

Unlike WWII, in WWI you fight through the cream of the army at the start (in trenches etc.), so you will have destroyed that army to begin with. The scenarios with massive hordes of units are all ones where you defend, so it isn't a matter of capturing that last objective, rather holding them!
Also, most of the scenarios are structured as:
DV Capture x objectives
MV Capture x - y objectives.
In the Wehrmacht, it is always
DV: Capture all objectives with x turns remaining
MV Capture all objectives before the last turn.

The Michael Offensive (1918) Scenario is nearing completion.
New Weapons:
a7v - Germany's only tank. Very powerful.
Stormtroops - a more powerful infantry, equivalent to 1 1/2 '16 inf.
paris gun - the weapon to be feared. Power equivalent to poison gas!
New enemys:
Most French aircraft - not much to fear from these
AA - the only threat to your Red Baron
Americans - Relatively weak, but arrives in swarms. (In mons18, there are planned to be ~70 of them)

Ludendorff is going to need you to win the war! Here is his plan:

- MichaelOver.JPG (139.75 KiB) Viewed 6018 times
Not much of a plan, just capture Amiens and a bunch of other stuff.
And now, some truly wonderful new toys:

- MichaelParisgun.JPG (180.27 KiB) Viewed 6018 times
The Paris Gun, what an amazing sight. The firepower it provides is similar to poison gas, so it is very helpful (though you will prefer poison gas when crossing the ocean in Uk18)
Finally, the Red Baron:

- MichaelRedbaron.JPG (146.06 KiB) Viewed 6018 times
Note he has been given shocking amounts of experience (550) and overstrength. About the only thing that will clear Sopwith Camels from the map.
In this scenario (still talking about the Michael Offensive), a DV is needed to make it to Paris (and then uk18), and an MV grants you Georgette, which is a similar "2nd chance" scenario.

Yes, he died a month after Michael. He will appear in Georgette, and probably Paris18 and Uk18 if you get to those, considering their alternate histories. He will not appear in Arras 18 or Mons 18 however.
More news about Georgette and Paris and UK 18 later (hopefully tomorrow, but maybe Friday)

Maybe if the player gets a DV, the Red Baron lives on....

Hello BNC and all!
I found two internet images suitable to convert in good icons in my opinion, may be you can use them...
One is the famous Red Baron Fokker Dr.I, but this icon is more in the viewing angle as vanilla Pz Corps icons... The other may be is a new one: The Albatross D.V fighter...

Great icons, but considering the other icons for aircraft all viewed at a 0 angle, these would look a bit out of place (there's no ww2 aircraft in any of the scenarios to compare it with). Currently more focused on changing the Mk I tank icon (at the moment I have a black and white one that looks quite strange), so that I can replace the MkIVs in Arras 17 with decent Mk Is. Try and find an image that looks a bit more "head-on" like the mk IV (screens in earlier posts) that I could use?
Work has started on Georgette, and I'm thinking about Paris 18 and Uk18.

Georgette done. It is difficult to destroy the tanks in this scenario (surprisingly harder than Cambrai!). Red Baron fights on, this time even stronger. Watch out for SPAD s.xiii planes - these can almost overpower the red baron (and everything else you have - one shot a whole str. 10 zeppelin down in one go) Paris is next! (If you win Georgette you get the Red Baron in Paris 18, and if you win that, then Baron in Uk18 [ if you lose Paris you lose everything])
Don't make me send these guys out to your houses! :

Halfway this morning I noticed strangely patterned numbers had appeared on the sidewalk next to my house. Also, a few arrows were hastily scribbled around it, one of them right next to my car. I'm assuming they are some kind of aerial recognition symbol or perhaps artillery adjusting scales, left behind by a recce patrol

.
Sadly any trace of them was long lost and what evidence remained was slowly obliterated by playing children. I managed to find an image that depicts the odd pattern. The investigation into its meaning is ongoing.
So, BNC, your agents seem to have finally located me. Took them longer than I expected.

Assuming you want a colour photograph of the real thing, the Bovington tank museum has the last semi-original Mark I (male), but it has been made part of a scenic display and those photos are unusable. I found one on the museum site however while
it is being transported.
Note that the barrels are fake (but the correct length). It also has no steering tail in this picture, they were quickly abandoned, but I'm not sure if you can 'shop one on. To be honest, I don't think most of the other differences between the Mark I and the Mark IV will be that noticable in the small icons. I checked my two (Osprey) books on the Mark I to Mark 4 and with the side-on viewing angle only the steering tail, roof rails, different sponson shape and barrel length will be visible. And the female tanks are even more similar. A question, if you don't mind: besides the units already in the beta, are you planning on adding more stuff that needs icons/photos? I might save you some time if I try to help finding them if you are looking for something in particular.
BTW, as a personal anecdote, I had a look around the insides of one of these,
this one, to be exact, and I got the impression these are about as dangerous to the crews as the Germans would have been. You had to be really brave to get inside one, it looks worse than a submarine. I told a fellow visitor how many people crewed it and pointed to some of their positions, his reaction was: "No way".
Oh, and next to the tank was
this little gem, and when I stuck my head inside I thought: Mmmh, that looks very tight for the occupant. Just looking at the picture on wikipedia won't give the proper effect, but try this: the doors were 135cm (little over 53in) tall, and the whole thing had about the same diameter, and in total is about as tall as a man. It is basically a small tank turret on a mini railroad track. Than I read the plaque and it said it was crewed by two...
Very nice museum BTW, they also had an interesting collection of strange WW1 military gear.

Your "little gem" is probably what you get when you tell a donkey to build you a weapon 10 years before a war - it is very crazy! Mk Is will probably just use the Mk IV graphic then (I don't think Mk4s were around for Arras17)

I suspect it must have been some encripted message showing the directions to your house, which can be clearly seen from the Zeppelins flying above. If I were you I would make a panic room in my house quickly and go to the nearest Morrison's and buy all the tin food they've got. Just in case.

I think you should reconsider adding those aircraft icons posted by Guille lately, they look amazing and they would greatly improve the look of this mod IMO. Same goes for the tank image posted by ThvN earlier. On the other hand, I fully understand and highly appreciate your intention to provide a consistent look to all the unit icons. So, if you could post the list of the units in this mod the communitiy here might help to find a suitable image for them as well. Just as we helped Augustin Malar to make a bunch of new Slovak units for his mod:

Ok! I can make the Mk.I - Mk.IV british tanks, and also found a good model for the A7V, and also I think I have something to work on the Sopwith Camel, and a good Zeppelin airship also. Besides, I think images for the other planes will not be difficult to find...
If you want me to start working on those mentioned units, please give me an OK. I think that we must avoid to duplicate efforts because there is a bunch of icons that have to be made.
I would be very happy to be able to help here!
Mac: Thanks for your nice words! I am really glad you liked those icons...
