Round 3?
Round 3 indeed.
In case they are needed for Peter, our starting strengths were as follows:
Nervii: 42060
Pontic: 35500
This one got ugly at the end. I blame it on the fans throwing stuff on the field.

Canaan may have our hands full, defending our sacred homeland against all the wannabe invaders but there's always time for some landgrabbing in far away kingdoms.
After the dirty water left by the filthy Egyptians have been poured out we will have some bubble bath on our own.

Despite being repelled by the army of Rhodes, Carthage did manage to sack the camp and kidnapp all the camels. Unfortunately, the Rhodians want them back and have sent scouts to track the thieves down. The army will follow..
Charles, do you wish to carry on this fight over the Slave Pits (and its camels) or are you slinking off home? Let me know

Slinking off does not end the war you started - have Rhodes & Carthage agreed peace terms?

Surely some credit goes to Eupatoria's ally for the reinforcements sent

Versus Parthia
Empire of Panthers invades Parthia and is victorious in the 2nd battle for Darhae. The second victory forces Parthia to surrender the territory. This sees an end to the war.
Parthia 24500 men / 12066 casualties / (35 from 29 BG's)
Empire of Panthers 55500 men / 12166 casualties / (36 from 68 BG's)

Kappadokian Invasion of Rhodes
Kappadokian hold the field in a victory worthy of the immortal Pyrrhos. (At least in terms of casualties).
Losses:
Rhodes 17256/41500 (45/41)
Kappadokia: 15969/34500 (44/49)
Hence the victors' losses were actually proportionately higher than those of the vanquished. However, let us hope that more of the Kappadokian stragglers return than those of the enemy.

Morbious vs Texas
Battle of Houston (part 1)
Attacker: Morbio (Seleucid)
13,511/43,000 - 35/39 - WIN
Defender: Scar (Seleucid)
13,447/40,000 - 37/36 - LOSE
An incredibly close battle swung at the last moment and allowed the Morbians to win the day. Emperor Morbio puts this down to the extra goats that were sacrificed just before the battle, clearly the great God Dice was pleased and showed his gratitude at the end!
I'm sure Davy Crockett will be gathering the remnants of the Texan army to defend once more and won't cede Houston without a fight. Scar, please confirm.

As this is the first draw with a followup and no peter, I have a question about calculating another fight.
The breakpoints were 38/37 for Utopia vs. 54/49 Rome. The man losses are as above. How many points do we get for the next battle? Rome lost more BPs. Utopia lost more men.

Peter's formula appears to be that you lose a number of points proportional to the percentage of your original strength that was lost. Then multiply this by .8 for the loser and .5 for the winner for the actual number of points lost from your original point total. For draws I believe he said you each recover 50% of your loses so multiply by .5 for each. e.g. If you lost 10,000 out of 25,000 initial strength for a 500 point army, you would lose 500*.5*10,000/25,000 or 100 points, so your new strength would be 400 points.
