Closeup zoom bug in strategic view

When i played like 15-30min i get this zoom bug that game zooms very close. After that camera doesn't respose mouse wheel.
I think this bug occurs when i return other window(planet). Sometimes i get mouse click delays before this bug. only way to recover on this are restart game. I attached latest save.
I also have mouse wheel inverted. Dont know if this related to this bug.

Hi Teijok. Thanks for posting the issue here. You know we tried your save, but couldn't reproduce the issue, so we have a couple of questions for you.
Do you get it coming back from a colony or planet view? Do you go directly to the planet or click on the starsystem first?
Do you use some other UI shortcut for planets/colonies like the Colonist/Planets main panel?
Is the inverted mouse wheel at a windows level setting or are you using some other setup?
At this point we are leaning towards that being at least part of the problem.

Thanks for the reply. No i mean the game inverse scroll wheel somehow. Normally when scrolling wheel forward it should zoom(now it does opposite). this is first time when i encounter this kind of behaviour in any game. I have tried to different mouse but no luck. I can 100% reproduce situation: after tactical combat and right click to close window then it happened.

Awesome! We were able to find the precise issue. It was a mix up between the combat and starmap cameras, we are testing a fix that will be coming in update 05 next week.
