I am missing some of the letters used in Yugoslavian names

I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue. I am basically missing the letters like š in Niš. I assume I need to install some kind of addition to my typeface, but I don't know how to do that for OoB. This is not a major issue, but it seems eminently fixable.

It is a known bug with 7.1.4 for some Special Characters :

It seems I have failed at my attempts at posting a picture, but that's exactly my problem.

Since you specify that it's a bug specific to this one version of the game, I assume that it's that patch and not my own computer settings that is to blame?

Exactly, normally this will be corrected by the next patch that should arrive soon...
