Updater Error - Will Not Update

Attempting to Check for Updates using the button on the intro screen. I get a pause, then an error message stating updates could not be downloaded (zip attached).
Currently running Windows 10, 64 bit
Dell XPS i5-6400 processor, 8Gb RAM
GeForce GT 730

Also having some freezing issues when loading skirmish battles using the Jupiter class battlestar, but I'm hoping some of that might be fixed with an update.
Just bought the game a week or so ago, if that helps.

Uninstall the game and use the new game file installer to install the game with the last update.
You can download it from your member's area.

You can download games and patches from the Member's Area provided they are registered to the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:
