Event and Dialog Popup at Turn Start

Problem with "Event Popup" and "Dialog Popup" at Turn Start :

If you click on an objective information (Ex: ? Capture all VPs) and then you click on the button CLOSE on the Turn Overview at the beginning of the turn, the Dialog Popup or the Event Popup will not be dysplayed.

The result is :
- The Event Popup will never be displayed
- The Dialog Popup will be displayed only next turn (If you do not click on an objective information next turn...) (too late)
This is VERY problematic if you want to display informations for the scenario or ask a question at the beginning of a turn
