Partial mouse malfunction

I have Panzer Corp Wehrmacht, Panzer Corp Allied Corps, and recently added Sealion. After playing 7-10 of the Sealion scenarios, the mouse, which I use extensively to move around the maps, stopped allowing me to scroll down. Other directions are fine. When I select units in other ways it doesn't have a problem with going to the lower half of the screen, but, again, after scrolling up, the mouse will not scroll down. All other functions operate normally. I have all the updates as I have checked auto-update. The only way I can scroll down is with the up-down arrows, which is annoying. PS.........It also now does the same thing on ALL PC games!

If the mouse do the same in all PC games then it's clearly not a problem of Panzer Corps but either the mouse hardware or it's drivers. To exclude the driver problem check your mouse on another computer if possible. If it fail there too it's very probably broken hardware. If it works there it's rather some driver problem.

Edit: Actually wait a second .... I understood PC in " on ALL PC games!" as in all games on the computer. If you mean that my statement is right. If you mean all the Panzer Corps expansions and DLCs then ignore it unless of course you haven't tested it with another games.

update mouse drivers, or remove mouse drivers and let windows re find them, and re boot and see if that works
