3.0 Game?

Does anyone have 3.0 and would like to play? Idk where to find 3.1.

I've played 3 Allies games and 3 Axis against Human opponents before. (3 sets of mirror matches) Maybe I prefer Axis since I've never made it to 1945 as Axis before and this is something of a personal goal now.
