Multiplayer- B OF Atlantic goals??

I am playing a multilayer game (Battle of the Atlantic) and the objectives are in Russian. Can someone please tell me what I must do for a major and minor victory?

Is there anyway I can change this to English? (The unit names are also in Russian)

You must be playing someone who set it up who is Russian.
The goal if you are the Germans is to sink so many transport ships.
The goal if you are the Allies is to land so many transport ships or destroy 2 of the German 15 strength Battleships, I think it is the Bismarck and the Tirpitz.
