Bought CEAW but can't download

When I click the link it takes me to a new page, which is blank, then nothing happens.

Also, as I have read and I'm sure you are aware of, there is no key in the e-mail or find my order link. I did download the demo thinking I just could activate it, but alas no key. I have e-mailed and verified my address and will wait a response. I have purchased through digital river through Matrix with no problems, even with activation keys. I do hope you all can and will fix this problem for your future customers.

One last question, there was no option to get a physical copy, is that not possible?

Thanks for the quick response, I've entered the info given in e-mail and it seems to have worked.
Note I did not actually play the game as I'm off to work. But thanks again....

Also, can someone answer the hard copy question?

We dont have any hard copies unfortunately.
