"Hold the Line" achievements - how?!?

Just wondering if anyone has managed to achieve these yet. Maybe I am misunderstanding them but for example the Typhoon one:
"Defeat the Axis in a Game Center Typhoon match while holding all VP objectives on the last turn" - how is it even possible to do this? Reading this I would understand that you really need to hold all objectives that give any amount of VP to the German player but... how it this possible? I'm just not seeing how a Soviet player could for example hold Vyazma, Rzev and Kursk after the first five turns!

Other than the German player deliberately helping, I just don't see it... some tips?

Dead simple. Indeed disappointingly easy. Just cut off the axis supplies. It's easy to get all the axis units out of supply with 5 turns left. Then you can mop up at leisure. You don't even need to use the crack soviet reinforcements.
