bug : autosave turn 1 defeat

Loaded up a turn1 autosave from inside of an active game caused the autosave to load without dropping the pods and player to immediately lose. Loading the autosave from the main menu resulted in my pod landing but the AI players insta-defeating do to lost pods. No all AI players die but most did and contant was established with the remainder.
