Some bugs

So playing the game I experienced a few bugs:

- After hiring some researchers sometimes I get a message that I can't hire anyone any more and that's that - even after a new review I am still stuck with the same roster.
- During the one person atmospheric hop the mission hangs at stage 2 during countdown. Only new dots appear at the end of the "Countdown....."
- When running 2 missions that take more than 1 season, after I assign and run the first mission, the screen goes to season report, so I'm not able to do anything for the second mission.

Other than that, I would like to see:
- A way to fire people - I would like to be able to replace my weak researchers with someone better
- Some easier navigation for research - at the moment it's a bit of a pain to manage the projects
- Higher resolution settings - it would be nice to have an option for 1080p, even if the graphics wouldn't be top-notch yet

Other than that, keep up the good work! :)

I second these. Maybe firing shouldn't be free; you might have to pay a severance package. A real personnel management simulation would include
- Competing with other organizations for talent (if you have low prestige, people will want more money to work for you, either in salary or employee benefits)
- Nurturing the skills of your human capital
