retrenching / sacking workers

Post by stile86 »

This isn't a bug so much as a feature request, or just am I missing something?
If I am running short on cash but expecting an increase in a few seasons is there any way to retrench unneeded SET or FC or Astros to reduce costs and hang on a few more seasons? I couldn't see one. If you join NASA (sorry GSA) are you guaranteed employment for life?
Going deeper would a policy of high turnover affect the quality of recruits available? I know this is me dreaming but it would be interesting.

Agree on this, if there is a way to fire or reduce facilities, I didnt see it!
I'm sure its planned very soon if it's not already in the next patch though. So i wouldnt worry.

Sorry, I totally missed this post! The ability to fire employees will be coming soon and yes, there will be a "morale rating" for the whole agency, so if you sack people repeatedly, the morale will go down and the quality of your recruits will suffer (probably because they go to the private sector!)
