Generic Scenario

I wonder if we could have a scenario generator for multi like the one in Steel panther or FOG for that matter.

That is a scenario were :

Each side choose its nationality (or even several nationality) and year (with a all year option).
The game creator will choose of the existing map in its folder to play and a budget.
Each playr buy there army among all avialable units in their army list.
Free sep-up of course.

This would allow for most versatility in multi?

Something like that is definitely on the wishlist, but I don't have an ETA for when it might be done. Sorry.
