Ordonnance Burgundian Mixed Bgs No Armour??

In the Ordonnnance Burgudian list:

Ordonnance longbowmen are protected
but
the Mixed BGs w def. spears are no armour class?

Is this correct?

Similar Mixed BGs a line or so below that are protected.

Just wondering if anyone ever decided if this is an error or how they should be?

I'm virtually certain they should be protected. Added to the bug list.
