Mounted troops should not anarchy charge enemy in terrain

In the TT rules, shock troops will not make an impetuous charge that will end in terrain that will disorder or severely disorder them. (This is the converse of the rule that MF will not make an impetuous charge out of terrain into the open.) It seems that now that MF have been fixed to not charge out of terrain, that HF and mounted shock troops should no longer impetuously charge enemy BGs in terrain which will disorder or severely disorder them.
