Rise of Rome pre-order

I placed an order for the Rise of Rome expansion and also a back up CD and now I cannot find the order. I never did rcieve a confirmation e-mail. My e-mail address is capakens@comcast.net.

You can look up your order at www.findmyorder.com. You will be mailed when it is available for download, but not before then as far as I understand Digital Rivers system.
