cannot get Mod screen

I just installed on a new computer and while the base game works fine I can't get Erik's mod to run. I don't even see a folder called Mods to put it in :-\

Mods go into the Mods folder in the "C:\Users\name\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2". If there is no Mods folder just create one and unzip the whole mod into it.
