Do I need all DLCs in FGII to export from FGE,Persia ?

Plain question if I need all the DLCs from FGII if exporting battles while playing FGE and FGE Persia,
or will the battles play out with correct units and stats for them if only got basic FoG II.

So if any differences what will I gain and miss out on with adding or not all the DLCs from FGII ?

Basic FoG will do.

You don't need to own any of the FOG2 DLCs to play Empires, all the units for Empires and Empires: Persia are made available without.
