DosBox Noob, please help with sound and alt-tab

Hey, pretty computer illiterate here. Just installed MoM with this new CoM patch. How do I get the sound to work normally? It stutters frequently. Also when I alt tab out of DosBox it shrinks the playable window to 1/4 the screen size and won't maximize again. Please help.
