(1) The BT-7A tank doesn't count into the objective if it's switched to arty mode (the "2 core tanks WIN" trigger checks tank "class" only...). Even switched it's still a tank, isn't it?
(2) The "\Objectives\2 core tanks FAIL" trigger "check turn" condition has to be set to "turn > 1"!
(2a) and it wouldn't hurt to set the "check unit count" amount to "< 2", too.
