I see Sharkall has posted that our game is almost done which mean I have likly lost another 20 BPS's since our last turn , doh!

Well it's not that bad but it's already turn 8 so I'm guessing it should be finished in another 2-3 turns at most? Mostly spear games with little to no maneuvering don't usually take that long, one way or another ...

A quick update. A fight between rival LF in the centre quickly escalated into all out war when the big boys waded in. Some extremely poor luck on the Athenian side has left them on the verge of collapse. The Athenian cavalry on the left flank have vacated the hill and are rushing behind the main lines to reinforce their right which is threatened with envelopment by superior numbers.

Punics (deeter) 34/57 vs. Greek (Lysimachos) 82/73

The Greeks drew a perfect definsive map with a long low hill along one edge and both flanks protected by plantations. Despite serval invitatiosn, they declined to join me on the flats. Seeing the wall of zombie-like Athenian hoplites, I figured to play for a draw and decided to amuse my men by slaying skirmishers. This turned out to be very effective and prompted the Greeks to advance to their doom. Great game.

Our steady disintergration continues. Unfortunately he has many more BPs than me. So many dead Greeks. On a technical note: How do you post images of the battle?

On a technical note: How do you post images of the battle?

1. Select your map for the screenshot and use the mouse wheel to make it as large as possible on your screen.
2. Firmly press “PrntScr” on your keyboard to take the screenshot.
3. Open up a new Word document.
4. Right-click the mouse and paste the screenshot into the Word document (please note: if all you get is a small blob on the Word document then the screenshot has failed and you will need to start from the beginning again).
5. Right click on the screenshot on the Word document and then left-click on the words “Save as Picture”.
6. Give the map a title and press “Save”. Close the Word document.
7. Open Imageshack.
8. Check “Image resize” box and set to 19 inch monitor (1280x1024).
9. Click “Browse”.
10. Go to your “My Pictures” folder and left-click on the map you require.
11. The title of the map will appear in the “File Name” box. Click on “Open”.
12. The map will now appear in the “Upload” box on the Imageshack screen.
13. Click the blue “Upload now” box.
14. The screen will change and a small version of the map will appear on the left of the screen. On the right of the screen in blue text the words “Continue to image links” will be seen. Left-click on the blue text.
15. The screen will change again. Go to the “Direct Links” box, highlight the text within it, right click on your mouse and press “Copy”.
16. Go to FOG forum and start your post or PM.
17. Click on “Img” box (in row of options just above the area where you will type your message. This will appear in your post .
18. Paste the direct link text from Imageshack in-between [img]and[/img] leaving no spaces.
19. Complete your post or PM.
20. Check your post or PM and it should contain your screenshot.
