It's all right, Akkula.
By the way, I am in the process of translating Die "Syrische" Kampagnie into German. I'll let you know via PN when I'm done.
Greetings Hans

Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
Hello Akkula,
I've launch again your fantastic mod a few weeks ago, congratulation for your hard work ; you keep expanding it and every new features is always extremely well made.
There is however a little error that I encounter in mission NATO 9. Don't worry, easy to fix I think. I was building an Italian group in my army, but during this mission I can't recruit any of the italian unit (and at this stage of the campaign they were already available). I've still deployed the italian Ariete tanks that I already owned with my french infantry group ; every city they captured were still controlled by the Russian side (still green on the big map, even if the italian flag replace the russian one).
When I advance to mission 10, I can recruit again italian units. I guess for this mission, you accidentely place Italy with Russian side.
I know that some people on the Internet like the joke that Italy switch side easily, it's a little sad that this error was made with this country :p

Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
Lol, that was totally unintended
Thanks for the catch, I will fix it for the future update.
Thanks a lot.
Akkula,
EDIT: wow, it seems the ongoing conflict in Ukraine boosted the popularity of Modern Conflicts. Lots of downloads during the last days.

Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
So given how the Russians are performing in Ukraine right now are you going to nerf their unit performance lol?
Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
Hi,

It is because Italy and Russia have the same gross domestic productI know that some people on the Internet like the joke that Italy switch side easily, it's a little sad that this error was made with this country :p

Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
If you want to discuss the performance of the russian or ukrainian forces on the ongoing war, open an offtopic thread. I was clear about that.Thunderhog wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 6:31 am So given how the Russians are performing in Ukraine right now are you going to nerf their unit performance lol?

Ok guys. From now, I will report any post not related to the mod.
You have trillions of social media platforms to bash Russia. Not here.

Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
Hello, will it be possible in the future to make a big scenario of the war in Chechnya 1994-1996?
Re: Modern Conflicts 1.7 (RELEASED)
Hello Vlad.
It is technically possible, yes, and a good idea as well (I could even work on the 1999-2000 option, same map and similar equipment).
But that would need to wait a little bit as for sure it will require some new units and other UI graphical stuff. These months I am away from my desktop PC, so I can't do much aside of scenario editing and other minor stuff.
But I take it!, sooner or later it could be a nice addition to the mod

Thanks.
Best regards,
Akkula.
