Race against time ao 1942

Currently on an AO campaign (scw/39/40/41) with "race against time and David against Goliath" and wanting to continue on AO 1942, the option "race against time" is not available in the advanced options ... bug or not ?

Changing turn limit breaks turn related events, I think. Maybe that's the reason why this challenge is disabled in AO.
