A hard fought battle in undulating terrain that allowed the greeks succeeded in achieving victory despite a strong showing by the Lysimachids. Another turn could have seen the battle swing the other way as the greeks units were weak and in danger of collapsing. Well played.

Good game, Barrold! Didn't get the chance to say it in-game since the game ended before I knew it. You had some extremely unlucky rolls with those knights. One unit of Teutonic crusaders fragmented after charging some light cavalry hiding in some woods, and a general perished in the act of pursuing some puny light crossbowmen!

A steep-sided vale divided the two armies. To describe the course of battle succinctly, German brigands and archers crossed the stream and smashed the right flank of the Order army before the frightening Order knights could really get involved.
