snooky51 (Dailami 928-1055 AD) defeats TomoeGozen (Byzantine 963-987 AD with Arab [North Africa] 789-999 AD allies) -- 63-47
Byzantine arrows did alot of work in the early going, but once the lines made contact a stale mate ensued. One elephant unit ended up rolling the line up and delivering victory to the Dailami.

gamercb defeated deeter 61-50
The Egyptians right flank had to drive the Kushites out of the enclosures whilst the left flank suffered badly to the chariots beforethey managed to win the day.

The Romans deloyed in a valley between the lake and a hills and had initial success against the Carthagians, but the elephants and cavalry, supported by infantry climbed the hills and descended on the rear of the Romans to claim victory. A close game where the early victories proved costly for the Romans as the became spread out chasing units that fell back and were unable to bring their full force against the flanking units. It looked like they might gain enough time when fragged units refused to break even when being charged, but the Carthaginians where able to do enough in time. Thanks for a very interesting and challenging game.

Close game. The Carthaginian elephants stomped everything in their path, running over heavy foot, skirmishers, lancers and small children. But they got bored with their slaughter and took off on an endless pursuit finally giving the Bosphorans some time to fight back.
