First extract the MultiSetup files (extract the file PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.zip in a temporary folder) and then we’ll see for the update.

You file have a temporay folder (called PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10) with these 3 files:
-PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.exe
-PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.3
-PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.2

I ask myself the same question about you. Your answers are unfortunately not very clear.

Do you end up with a temporary folder with the 3 files below
-PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.exe
-PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.3
-PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.2

If yes, all that remains is to run the executable (PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.exe) and stay next to the computer to monitor what is happening (it will take a while...). At the end of the installation, if it is complete there will be a shortcut on the desktop. There is still to install the update...
